AGold Media Company OÜ provides the phone number validation software, AGOL EVISA APP, to clients via subscription. All subscription fees are non-refundable, and clients will not receive a refund for any unused portion of their subscription term.
If a client believes they have been incorrectly charged or billed for the phone number validation software, they may request a refund by contacting AGold Media Company OÜ customer support team. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed at the sole discretion of AGold Media Company OÜ .
AGold Media Company OÜ reserves the right to modify the subscription fees for the phone number validation software or any feature or functionality thereof at any time with or without notice to the client. If the subscription fees are modified, the new fees will be applied to the client’s next subscription term.
If AGold Media Company OÜ terminates a client’s access to the phone number validation software for a violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason, the client will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
AGold Media Company OÜ will not be liable to any client or third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the phone number validation software or any feature or functionality thereof, or for any refunds of subscription fees, except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions.
